Ash Wednesday is the long-honoured tradition that follows the journey of Christ into the desert. It is a time of repentance, reconciliation and healing. We pause in our hectic pace of modern life to reflect on our human journey, remember the call of Jesus in the midst of the clamour of the world and to seek eternal values that anchor our souls to God. In this Retreat Day we will reflect on the places of healing we need in our own lives and the life of all creation.
