Draw aside to ponder and pray with excerpts from Teresa’s classic text, The Interior Castle. Teresa, a Spanish Carmelite wrote at 62 years of age her summary of her experience of God – a profound revelation of a spiritual journey. Teresa guides us - to slow down, to take time and experience God’s love where we are on our own journey. She will guide us into contemplative prayer, and the journey of cultivating self-knowledge and humility.
