We read in the ancient text, “The Cloud of Unknowing” the words, “Lift up your heart to God with a gentle stirring of love.” This retreat day, facilitated by Sister Mary Rowell, CSJ will provide the context for us to follow in the footsteps of the mystics in placing ourselves deeply in the Presence of God day-by-day in these uncertain times through which we are living in hope.
